Returns & Refunds
Because every VAIRΛSEI garment is printed on demand, we do not accept returns for:
- Ordering the wrong size or color
- Changing your mind
If your item arrives with a printing error, a manufacturing defect, or is the wrong item, we will replace it or refund you fully.
To start a claim:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Include a clear photo showing the issue and your order number
- You never need to send the item back
For Canadian customers:
Your order may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon delivery. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. They are the buyer's responsibility and are collected by the carrier at delivery.
