Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear. You may check in your email spam if you do not receive it directly in your main mailbox.

Different items may be produced by different print partners. This means your order may arrive in separate shipments - at no extra cost to you.

Do I have to pay customs fees or import duties?
For customers in Canada, your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon delivery. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. They are the buyer's responsibility and are collected by the carrier at delivery.


Why am I responsible for customs fees?
As the recipient, you are considered the importer of record. Canadian law requires that customs fees and duties be paid by the person receiving the package.

Can I return my item if I ordered the wrong size or color?
Because every VAIRΛSEI garment is printed on demand just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, wrong color, or simply changing your mind.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item has a printing error, manufacturing defect, or is the wrong item, we will replace it or refund you fully. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo showing the issue. You never need to send the item back.

While we cannot offer a full refund in this case, we are happy to provide a one-time discount on a replacement. Just reach out, we always try to help.

Do you offer exchanges?
No. Because each item is made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, simply place a new order for the correct item.

What fabric are your t-shirts made of?
Our t-shirts are 100% ringspun cotton (garment-dyed for vintage softness). Sweatshirts are 80% cotton / 20% polyester, and hoodies are 70% cotton / 30% polyester.

How do I choose the right size?
We recommend checking our size guide on each product page. Our garments have a relaxed, unisex fit - true to size for most body types.

Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and device. We do our best to represent each product accurately.

How should I wash my garment?
We recommend washing inside out in cold water. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry. Do not bleach. Do not iron directly on the print. Put the garment inside out and then you can iron.

What printing technique do you use?
We use DTG (Direct to Garment) printing. This bonds the ink directly into the fabric for a soft, durable finish that lasts. And soon we will be able to use embroidery.

Will the print fade or crack over time?
With proper care (cold wash, inside out, low heat dry), your print will remain vibrant and crack-free for years.

What is garment-dyed fabric?
Garment-dyed fabric is dyed after the garment is sewn. This gives it a softer, lived-in feel from day one and unique color variations that age beautifully.
