SHIPPING POLICY

At VAIRΛSEI, every item is printed especially for you once your order is placed. That’s why our shipping times are a bit different from standard online stores.

 

1. PROCESSING TIME (PRINTING & PREPARATION)

All our garments are printed on demand. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for production.

Processing times are averages and may vary slightly during peak seasons.

 

2. DELIVERY TIME (AFTER DISPATCH)

Delivery times start once your item has been produced and shipped.

- United States: 2–7 business days
- Canada: 12–30 business days
- The Rest Of The World : 14 - 30 Business days
Remote U.S. territories (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc.): Please allow an additional 7–14 business days. 
These are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

3. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the items in your order. You will always see the exact cost before completing your purchase.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (IMPORTANT FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS)

For customers in Canada:
- Your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon delivery.
- These fees are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost.
- They are the buyer’s responsibility and are usually collected by the carrier at the time of delivery.

5. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & SPLIT SHIPMENTS

- Destinations: We currently ship to the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico), Canada, New Zealand and Australia
- Split shipments: If you order multiple items, they may be produced and shipped by different partners. They will travel separately but usually arrive within a few days of each other, at no extra cost to you.

 

6. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- No weekend delivery: Carriers deliver only on weekdays (Monday to Friday).
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
