SHIPPING POLICY
At VAIRΛSEI, everything is printed especially for you once your order is placed. That’s why our shipping times are a bit different from standard online stores.
1. PROCESSING TIME (PRINTING & PREPARATION)
- T‑shirts (Monster Digital / Printify Choices): 2–5 business days
- Sweatshirts (Ink Blot): 2–5 business days
- Hoodies (SwiftPOD): 2–5 business days
Processing times are averages and may vary slightly during peak seasons.
2. DELIVERY TIME (AFTER DISPATCH)
Delivery times start once your item has been produced and shipped from our print partner.
United States: 3–8 business days
Canada: 10–30 business days
- Express shipping (USA only): Available for some items – 2–3 business days after production. Contact us for details.
- Remote U.S. territories (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc.): Please allow an additional 7–12 business days.
3. SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. They depend on the product (t‑shirt, sweatshirt, hoodie) and the print provider that fulfills your order. You will always see the exact cost before completing your purchase.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (IMPORTANT FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS)
For customers in Canada:
- Your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon delivery.
- These fees are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost.
- They are the buyer’s responsibility and are usually collected by the carrier (Canada Post, FedEx, etc.) at the time of delivery.
5. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & SPLIT SHIPMENTS
- Destinations: We currently ship to the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico) and Canada.
- Split shipments: If you order multiple items, they may be produced by different print partners (e.g., a t‑shirt by Monster Digital/Printify choices, a hoodie by SwiftPOD and a Sweatshirt by Ink Blot). They will travel separately but usually arrive within a few days of each other — at no extra cost to you.
6. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION (BASED ON OUR PRINT PROVIDERS)
- No weekend delivery: Carriers deliver only on weekdays (Monday to Friday).
- Local printing (Global Fulfillment): We use printing facilities based in the United States to offer the best delivery times for our North American customers.
