退款政策

We have a 30-day policy for issues related to production. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to report a problem.

Because every VAIRΛSEI garment is printed on demand especially for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- ordering the wrong size or color
- changing your mind

To be eligible for a free replacement or refund, your item must have a manufacturing defect, a printing error, or be the wrong item sent. You will need to provide a clear photo or short video showing the issue, as well as your order number.

To start a claim, you can contact us at contact@vairasei.com. You never need to send the item back. We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, send you a free replacement or issue a full refund.

If your claim is accepted, we will process the replacement or refund without requiring you to return the item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We require a clear photo or video showing the problem. Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom products made to your specific design (this includes all VAIRΛSEI garments, as they are printed on demand)
- Items where the wrong size or color was ordered by the customer
- Sale items or gift cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or sizing mistakes. If you ordered the wrong size or color, please reach out – we may offer a one‑time discount on a replacement, but we cannot provide a full refund in this case.


Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, the fastest way is to place a new order for the correct item. For defective items, we will send a free replacement as described above.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your claim and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Note for Canadian customers

Your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon delivery. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. They are the buyer’s responsibility and are collected by the carrier at the time of delivery.
